Summary

This study tested the drug cabozantinib in men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. It focused on patients whose tumors had certain gene changes or had spread to the liver. The goal was to see if the drug could slow cancer growth, but the trial was stopped early after enrolling only 4 participants.
