Summary

This study tests whether cabergoline works better than bromocriptine for women with high prolactin levels. About 382 women aged 18-45 will take one of the two drugs for several weeks. The main goal is to see if prolactin levels return to normal, and doctors will also check for improvements in ovulation, breast discharge, and pituitary tumor size.
