Summary
This study will review medical records of about 83 adults with C3 glomerulopathy (a rare kidney disease) who are taking the drug iptacopan. Researchers want to describe the patients' health history, lab results, and how their disease changes over 12 months of treatment. The goal is to learn more about the types of patients using iptacopan and their real-world outcomes.
