First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new treatment called C-CAR066 in 7 adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma whose cancer returned or didn't respond after a prior CAR-T therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target the CD20 protein on cancer cells. The main goals were to check safety and see if the therapy could shrink tumors.
