First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a new treatment called C-CAR039 in 3 people with B-cell Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that had come back or stopped responding to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to attack two targets (CD19 and CD20) on cancer cells. The main goal was to check safety and side effects, while also looking at how well it controls the disease.
