Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a single injection called C-1101 is safe for adults with chronic sciatica pain that hasn't improved with standard care. Researchers will compare the injection to a placebo (sterile saline) in 24 participants. The main goal is to check for side effects and determine if the treatment is well-tolerated.
