New cell spray treatment aims to speed healing of second-degree burns

Summary
This study looks at whether using a patient's own skin cells (sprayed on the wound) followed by a special biological dressing helps second-degree burns heal faster and with better scarring. About 386 people will take part, and their results will be compared to those who got standard burn care. The study will track healing time, scar quality, and safety over 6 months.
