Scar showdown: which burn treatment heals better?
NCT ID NCT06760611
Summary
This study aimed to compare the long-term quality of healed skin in burn patients treated with two different temporary skin graft materials: Integra and NovoSorb BTM. Researchers planned to look back at medical records and measure scars 1-3 years after patients' final skin grafts to see which material led to better healing, fewer complications, and less noticeable scarring. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
