Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called budoprutug in 30 adults with active lupus who haven't responded well to standard treatments. The drug targets and depletes certain immune cells (B cells) to help control the disease. The main goals are to check safety and how the body processes the drug, with early signs of effectiveness also being measured.
