Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called budoprutug in 30 adults with active lupus who haven't responded well to standard treatments. The drug targets and depletes certain immune cells (B cells) that cause inflammation. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing how it affects the body's immune system.
