Summary

This early-phase trial tests the safety and best dose of a new drug called BTM-3566 in 30 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. Participants take the drug for 7 days, then pause for 7 days, repeating until the cancer worsens or side effects become too severe. The study monitors side effects, drug levels in the blood, and whether the tumor shrinks or stops growing.
