Summary
This study tests a new drug called BT5528 in adults with a specific type of advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread and worsened after one prior treatment. The drug works by targeting a protein on cancer cells. The main goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors and to check for side effects. All 39 participants will receive the drug, and the study is open-label, meaning both patients and doctors know the treatment.
