Summary
This study tested Botox injections in 17 adults with bruxism (teeth grinding) to see how the jaw muscle changes. Using ultrasound, researchers measured muscle thickness and pain levels before treatment and at 14 and 90 days after. The goal was to understand both the visible and microscopic effects of Botox on the masseter muscle.
