Summary
This study aims to understand the effects of a supervised drug consumption room called Link-Up in Brussels. Researchers will observe and survey at least 250 people who use the facility to see if it changes risky drug use behaviors and affects their quality of life. The goal is to gather evidence on whether such facilities improve health and safety for people who use drugs in public spaces.
