Summary
This study tested whether using a special toothpaste with mouthwash and a manual toothbrush works better than regular fluoride toothpaste for reducing plaque and gum problems. 90 adults aged 18-70 with mild gum disease and plaque took part over 12 weeks. Researchers measured plaque levels and gum health to see which routine was more effective.
