Summary
This study aims to find the better treatment for a specific broken elbow bone in older adults who don't use their arms heavily. It randomly assigns 84 participants to either have surgery or receive non-surgical care like a sling. The main goal is to see which group reports better elbow function, less pain, and better quality of life one year later.
