Summary

This study looks at whether a drink made from broccoli sprouts can help endurance athletes perform better and recover faster after cycling. Thirty healthy, trained adults will drink either a broccoli sprout drink or a placebo at different times before a tough cycling workout. Researchers will measure blood sugar, lactate, muscle fuel (glycogen), and performance to see if the timing of the drink matters.
