New eye drop aims to soothe dry eyes better than artificial tears

Summary
This study tests an experimental eye drop called BRM421 to see if it works better than artificial tears for people with dry eye disease. About 99 adults will use either BRM421 or artificial tears for 6 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in eye surface damage and symptoms.
