Shining a light on Parkinson's sleep troubles

Summary
This study is testing whether daily exposure to bright light can help improve sleep quality and reduce daytime sleepiness in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers are enrolling 65 participants who have Parkinson's and poor sleep to measure changes in their sleep patterns and alertness. The goal is to see if this non-drug light therapy can ease these common and disabling symptoms.
