Summary
This study is testing a four-week behavioral therapy program to see if it can improve sleep and reduce stress in middle-aged and older adults with chronic insomnia. It will involve 80 participants aged 40 and over who have trouble sleeping. The program includes sleep education, relaxation techniques, and coaching calls over four weeks.
