New program gets depressed teens moving again

Summary
This study tests a new program called BRIDGES, designed to help teenagers with depression become more physically active at their own pace. About 60 teens receiving outpatient care will be randomly assigned to either the BRIDGES program or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce depressive symptoms and increase physical activity levels.
