First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new program called BRIDGES, designed with teens, to help young people with depression become more active at their own pace. The goal is to see if increasing physical activity can reduce depressive symptoms. The study will involve 60 adolescents aged 12-19 who are currently receiving outpatient care for depression and are inactive.
