Breathing may be key to unlocking hand movement after stroke

Summary
This pilot study tests a new approach called BreEStim, which uses breathing to control mild electrical stimulation, to help reduce hand stiffness and improve hand function in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. Only 4 participants with moderate hand tightness will be enrolled. The goal is to see if one session can make a difference.
