Breathwork breakthrough? one session may ease PTSD symptoms
NCT ID NCT07129278
First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a single, 2-hour breathwork session could help veterans with PTSD. 36 veterans took part, and they also had a 30-minute talk session with a psychologist. The main goal was to see if the study was feasible, not to prove the treatment works. Researchers measured how many people signed up and stayed, and they also tracked changes in PTSD symptoms.
