Summary
This study tested whether a breathing therapy program could reduce sleep problems and fatigue in people with schizophrenia. Sixty-eight adults in remission took part; half received eight sessions of breathing exercises while the other half received no extra care. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free approach could improve daily well-being.
