Summary
This study tested whether breathing therapy could improve sleep problems and fatigue in people with schizophrenia. Sixty-eight adults in remission took part; half received eight sessions of breathing exercises while the other half received no extra treatment. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free approach could ease common symptoms that affect daily life.
