New breathing method could ease discomfort for preterm infants

Summary

This study compares a new breathing support method (Pressure Targeted High Flow) to standard CPAP in 78 premature infants born before 33 weeks. Each baby will try both methods for 24 hours to see which works better and is more comfortable. The goal is to improve breathing support and reduce discomfort for these fragile newborns.
