Doctors test which breathing pattern helps kids wake up safer after dental surgery
NCT ID NCT07323420
Summary
This study aims to find out if a small adjustment to a breathing machine helps children wake up more comfortably after dental surgery under general anesthesia. Researchers will observe 75 healthy children aged 2-12 to compare two different timing patterns for inhalation and exhalation. The goal is to see which pattern leads to smoother breathing, fewer complications, and a better recovery when the breathing tube is removed.
