Summary
This study tests whether adding special breathing exercises to standard Kegel exercises helps new mothers heal better after childbirth. About 60 women who had C-sections and have mild belly muscle separation and pelvic pain will do either Kegels alone or Kegels plus breathing exercises three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in belly muscle gap, pelvic floor strength, and pain levels.
