Summary
This study tested whether a simple breathing exercise program could help adults who grind their teeth at night. One hundred participants learned and practiced daily diaphragmatic breathing for four weeks. Researchers wanted to see if this could reduce grinding frequency, ease jaw discomfort, and improve sleep quality.
