First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study aims to find out if wearable foot-pods and breathing frequency monitors can accurately measure exercise intensity in people who have had a heart attack in the past 6 months. Researchers will compare these devices to standard oxygen uptake tests during short walking exercises. The goal is to develop simpler ways to prescribe safe and effective exercise for heart patients.
