NCT ID NCT07365163

First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tested two simple, non-drug breathing methods to help pregnant women in their third trimester who feel short of breath. Thirty-six women were split into two groups: one did deep breathing exercises, the other used a device called an incentive spirometer. Researchers measured how far they could walk in six minutes and their lung function to see which method worked better.
