Summary

This study tests if special breathing exercises can help pregnant women with POTS, a condition that causes a rapid heart rate and dizziness when standing up. The study will include 44 pregnant women aged 19-35. One group will learn diaphragmatic breathing, while the other gets standard education. Both groups will also do relaxation exercises. The goal is to see if breathing exercises can lower heart rate, improve blood pressure, and reduce symptoms like dizziness and fatigue.
