Summary
This study looked at whether special breathing exercises could help people with long-term low back pain that has no clear cause. 40 adults aged 18-55 with at least 3 months of back pain took part. Researchers measured diaphragm thickness, pain levels, and quality of life to see if training the breathing muscles improves core stability and reduces pain.
