Summary

This study looks at whether combining breathing muscle training with blood flow restriction (a technique that lightly limits blood flow to the arms or legs during exercise) is safe and helpful for frail older adults. The goal is to see if it can improve physical function, muscle strength, and mobility. The study will involve 30 people aged 65 and older who are frail but can follow instructions.
