First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a special breathing technique (alternate nostril breathing) to aerobic interval training helps lower blood pressure and improve heart function more than exercise alone. It involves 36 adults aged 25–50 with stage 1 or 2 hypertension. Participants will be monitored for changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and quality of life.
