Summary
This study tested if adding two specific therapies to standard care could help people with long-term low back pain. Researchers compared standard treatment alone to standard treatment plus manual diaphragm release and special abdominal breathing exercises. They measured changes in pain, flexibility, and function in 44 adults with chronic back pain.
