Summary
This study tests whether breathing through a small resistance device can help people with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) stand up longer and feel better. POTS causes a rapid heart rate and symptoms like dizziness when standing. The study involves 30 adults diagnosed with POTS who will use the breathing device to see if it reduces heart rate increases and improves their ability to stay upright.
