Can music help soldiers breathe and think better under pressure?
NCT ID NCT07470099
Summary
This study aims to understand if changing what people hear while breathing through a restrictive device can make breathing feel easier and improve mental focus. Researchers will test healthy, physically fit adults by having them breathe against resistance while listening to normal sounds, amplified breathing, or music. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help military personnel and others who work in challenging breathing environments.
