Breath test may replace scans for mesothelioma patients

Summary
This study is testing a new breath test (called an electronic nose or E-Nose) to see if it can measure how people with malignant pleural mesothelioma respond to standard treatment. About 20 adults aged 30-85 with a recent diagnosis will provide breath samples before and during treatment. The researchers will compare changes in breath chemicals to changes seen on imaging scans and blood tests.
