Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone-based support system can help first-time mothers in Hong Kong breastfeed exclusively for longer. About 518 mothers will receive either the app-based support or standard care. The goal is to see if real-time, personalized help improves breastfeeding rates and reduces stress.
