Summary
This study tests two types of shoulder exercises in 34 postpartum women with rounded shoulders to see which one improves breastfeeding efficiency, latch quality, and posture. Participants will do either scapular posterior tilt exercises or cross-body stretching. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to help new moms breastfeed more comfortably and effectively.
