Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and SPSIP) for pain after breast and armpit surgery. The goal was to see which block reduces the need for strong painkillers (opioids) and their side effects like nausea and breathing trouble. 60 adults took part, and the results will help improve recovery.
