This study looks at whether feeding babies only human milk (instead of formula or mixed feeds) helps them reach full feeding volumes sooner and improves gut bacteria. It includes 116 newborns with conditions like gastroschisis or Hirschsprung disease. Researchers will compare infection rates and how much mother's own milk is used at discharge.
