This study aims to understand if specific tiny molecules in a mother's breast milk affect her baby's chance of developing common allergic conditions like eczema, wheezing, or food allergies. Researchers will follow 221 breastfeeding mother-baby pairs for a year, collecting breast milk and saliva samples to analyze these molecules. The goal is to learn more about how breast milk might help shape a baby's developing immune system and influence allergy risk.
