Blood test guides breast cancer treatment in new trial
NCT ID NCT07402473
Summary
This study aims to find the best pre-surgery (neoadjuvant) treatment plan for people with early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer. It will test if using a special tumor analysis (HARPS assay) and tracking cancer DNA in the blood (ctDNA) can help doctors personalize treatment. The goal is to choose the most effective drug combinations for each patient while trying to reduce side effects.
