Summary

This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, BNT323 and BNT327, for people with advanced breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The first part of the study aims to find a safe and effective dose. The second part will compare how well the drug combination works against each drug given alone. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer.
