New hope for advanced breast cancer: drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs, sapanisertib and serabelisib, combined with other therapies for people with HR+/HER2- advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the combinations shrink tumors. About 32 participants will join this early-phase trial.
