New device zaps breast cancer cells before surgery

Summary

This study is testing if a special radiofrequency device can help shrink breast cancer tumors before surgery. The device, called TheraBionic P1, is used for two weeks before a patient's scheduled operation. Researchers will check if using the device reduces the number of cancer cells found in the tissue removed during surgery.
