This study follows 600 Japanese women who carry BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene changes to see how often they develop ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancers. Participants are monitored over time, and researchers also check tissue samples from those who choose preventive surgery. The goal is to better understand cancer risks in this specific group.
