Summary

This study tests a new treatment called BRC-OA, an injection made from donated fat tissue, to see if it safely reduces pain in people with mild to severe knee osteoarthritis. About 42 adults aged 18-80 will receive one of two doses or a control. The goal is to measure pain, stiffness, and function over 6 months.
